The Medical Professional who wishes to provide services on the Website must be verified before joining by providing proper documentation, which shall be authenticated by the Company. Only upon authentication and approval shall a Medical Professional be enlisted on the Website.
1.4.8. By impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms of Service, You also accept and agree to be bound by other Company Policies, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, which may be amended from time to time.
2. MEMBERSHIP/USAGE
2.1. The membership/usage of the Website is restricted to those above 18 years of age or to such groups deemed to have attained “majority” under the laws of their jurisdiction or emancipated minors with parental or guardian consent.

10. DISCLAIMER

- All Medical Professionals who deliver services through the Platform are independent practitioners solely responsible for the services they provide to You.

10.5. The telehealth services You receive are not intended to replace a primary care physician relationship or to be Your permanent medical home.
10.6. Among the benefits of our Services are improved access to healthcare professionals and convenience. However, potential risks associated with telehealth include:
- Information transmitted may not be sufficient for health care decision-making.
- Delays in evaluation or treatment due to equipment failure.
- Breach of privacy due to electronic system failures.
10.7. You acknowledge that no results from the use of telehealth can be guaranteed. You accept that Your Medical Professional may determine that telehealth is not appropriate for Your treatment needs and decline to provide services.
11. USER OBLIGATIONS

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
13.1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:
- Your use of the Platform.
- The inability to use the Platform.
- Any issues related to Medical Professionals, including misconduct or lack of professional skill.
13.2. The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis, and We make no warranties regarding its reliability, accuracy, or suitability for Your needs.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
14.1. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

- Any infringement of third-party rights by You.
15. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS
15.1. Once a consultation is confirmed, cancellations initiated by the User are non-refundable.
