We currently ship within Metro Manila.

 

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order.

Standard Delivery: Delivery time: 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Express Delivery (if available): Delivery time: 1-3 business days depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or courier delays.

 

Restricted Shipping Items

In compliance with Philippine laws and regulations, the following items may have restricted shipping or may require additional documentation for delivery:

  • Prescription medications.
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases).
  • Products requiring cold chain storage.

If your order contains restricted items, you will be contacted for further information or documentation.

 

Delivery Policy

Address Accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery details. If incorrect or incomplete details are provided, &you is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries.

Failed Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery fails after the second attempt, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

Receipt of Delivery: A valid government-issued ID must be presented upon receipt of the package to verify the recipient’s identity.

Delivery to Authorized Representatives: If someone else is receiving the package on your behalf, they must present their ID and a signed authorization letter.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

 

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to the following:

  • Courier service disruptions.
  • Remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations.
  • Weather-related issues or natural disasters.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at help@andyou.ph. For items received in damaged condition, include photos of the damage when you contact us to facilitate a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the specified delivery window, contact us to initiate an investigation with the courier.

Stolen Packages: If tracking indicates delivery but you have not received the package, report the issue to us and your local authorities.

 

Shipping for Prescription Medications

Prescription medications will only be shipped after the required prescription is verified. Delivery of such items adheres to strict compliance with applicable regulations. Prescription medications may require a signed receipt upon delivery.

 

Returns Due to Delivery Issues

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, additional charges for re-delivery may apply.
