Shipping & Delivery Policy

At &you, your health and safety are our priority. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains the process for the timely and secure delivery of products facilitated through our Platform. We are committed to working with our partners to ensure a process that is transparent, efficient, and compliant with all applicable regulations.

SHIPPING COVERAGE

1.1. We are proud to offer nationwide delivery across the Philippines.

1.2. Deliveries are strictly limited to addresses within the Philippines. Orders cannot be shipped internationally.

 

ORDER & DELIVERY PROCESS

2.1. Order Confirmation – Once your order is placed, you will receive an immediate confirmation email.

2.2. Doctor Consultation – Before your order is processed, you must complete a consultation with a licensed medical professional who will determine if the product is appropriate for your needs.

2.3. Approval & Prescription Processing – If approved, your order is forwarded to a licensed pharmacy partner for verification, processing, and preparation. This step typically takes 24–48 business hours.

2.4. Dispatch to Logistics – After processing, your package is released to one of our trusted courier partners. At this stage, you will receive a shipping notification email containing your tracking number.

 

SHIPPING FOR PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION

3.1. Prescription medications will only be shipped after the required prescription has been issued and verified by a licensed medical professional.

3.2. Delivery of prescription items strictly adheres to Philippine FDA regulations and other applicable laws.

3.3. Some prescription medications may require the recipient to provide a signed delivery receipt or present a valid government-issued ID at the time of delivery.

3.4. Certain medications may require cold chain storage. These products are packaged using temperature-controlled materials and logistics solutions to ensure product integrity from pharmacy to patient.

DELIVERY TIMELINES & PARTNERS

4.1. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Manila (NCR): 1–2 business days

  • Provincial Areas: 4–6 business days

4.2. Deliveries are fulfilled by trusted third-party logistics partners, including LBC, J&T Express, and JRS Express.

4.3. Important Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to factors outside our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, courier disruptions, or peak season volume).

SHIPPING DELAYS

5.1. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions or backlogs;

  • Remote or hard-to-reach delivery locations;

  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters.

5.2. If your order is delayed, please contact us at hello@andyou.ph. Our support team will work with the courier and pharmacy partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

ORDER TRACKING

6.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

  • Your tracking number; and

  • A direct link to the courier’s tracking portal.

6.2. This allows you to monitor your delivery’s progress in real time.

 

ACCEPTING YOUR DELIVERY

7.1. Inspection: Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Any concerns, such as damage or discrepancies, must be reported to hello@andyou.ph within 24 hours of delivery.

7.2. Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. &you is not liable for failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

7.3. Proof of Identity: For compliance and security reasons, the courier may require the recipient to present a valid government-issued ID upon delivery.
