Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Because many of our products are medical treatments—either prescription-based or compounded specifically for you—we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for safety and regulatory reasons.
Prescription & Compounded Products
All compounded medications and prescription treatments (including Ozempic and other injectables) are made or dispensed specifically for each individual customer. As such, these items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, even if unopened.
Non-Prescription Products
For non-prescription items (such as supplements or general wellness products), we offer a 30-day return window. To be eligible:
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is:
• Damaged during delivery
• Defective
• Incorrect (wrong item shipped)
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@andyou.ph with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and resolve it accordingly—either with a replacement or another solution.
Note: We cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
• Prescription medications
• Compounded treatments
• Injectables (e.g., Ozempic)
• Personal care products
• Items marked “final sale”
• Gift cards
Refunds
If your return is approved for an eligible item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@andyou.ph.
