Metro Manila orders arrive in 2-3 business days; provincial areas within 4-5 days. Timelines may vary slightly based on location and courier availability.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If our licensed healthcare provider determines during your consultation that the treatment isn’t suitable for you, you’ll receive a full refund.
However, once you and your doctor agree to proceed with a personalized treatment plan, we’re unable to offer a refund since each plan is tailored specifically to your needs.
