Your questions, answered

How long does the price match take to apply?

We aim to review and respond within 24 hours of your submission. Once verified, the new rate is applied to your current subscription or your next order, whichever comes first.

What proof do you need?

Two things: (1) a public URL to the competitor's standard retail pricing page, and (2) a screenshot of that same page. The screenshot keeps a verified record in case the page changes between your submission and our review. Both must clearly show the regular retail price, not a discounted or promotional rate.

Do you match sale, promotional, or discounted prices?

No. We only match the competitor's standard retail price (RRP). Sale, promo, referral, bundle, subscriber, coupon, and first-month-free discounts are not eligible. This keeps the guarantee fair for every patient.

Which providers are eligible?

Any FDA-certified online Philippine telehealth provider offering the same compounded semaglutide or GLP-1 program. In-clinic pharmacies, cross-border imports, and unlicensed compounders aren't eligible.

Can I claim a price match mid-subscription?

Yes. You can submit a price match at any point in your subscription. If approved, the new rate is applied to your remaining billing cycles starting with the next order.

How often can I claim a price match?

As often as you find a qualifying retail price. Each claim is reviewed individually by our clinical team and is subject to final eligibility.
